Star Rejects Anti-Vaccine Views Following Voicing Controversial Pandemic Feature

The acclaimed actor has given his vocal talents to a new documentary that questions the safety of vaccinations and commends one-time government figure the political figure.

The Feature's Disputed Foundation

Named "Plague of Corruption," the project is adapted from a bestselling book published by Judy Mikovits, who rose to infamy during the global outbreak for claims that the illness was a result of a faulty batch of the influenza shot.

The book's collaborator, the executive producer, has also written books with conspiracy-prone radio host Alex Jones. He took to social media hailing Neeson's participation in the film.

A Firm Statement

A spokesperson for the actor have released a comment pushing back against suggestions that he subscribes to anti-immunization sentiments.

"We all understand that corruption might be present within the pharmaceutical industry, but that must not be conflated with rejection of vaccines," the comment states. "He never has been, and cannot be described as, anti-vaccination. His extensive work with the global charity reinforces his long-held support for global immunisation initiatives."

It noted that the star was not involved in crafting the documentary's narrative and that inquiries about its assertions should be directed to the creators.

Central Claims Featured in the Feature

As presented, the voiceover provided by Neeson includes several strong claims:

  • It claims that pro-immunization voices have insisted on "complete compliance" to public institutions.
  • It declares that "research has become deeply politicised."
  • Kennedy is interviewed stating, "The big problem with vaccines is that they just aren't properly vetted."
  • It also criticizes pandemic restrictions, saying they caused mental anguish that resulted in thousands of lives.
  • Regarding the immunizations, it mentions a perspective that they were "rushed to market" and seen as "hazardous tests."

Previous Background and Current Disputes

The documentary includes a past television report about clinical trials on children, which was later the topic of a BBC apology by the corporation for editorial breaches.

Recently, the political figure directed the national health agency to change its long-held position that there is no connection between vaccines and autism. This claim is repeated in the film, contrary to a fresh analysis from the World Health Organisation stating no connection has been found.

An Earlier Position of Advocacy

Standing in contrast to the documentary's narrative, Neeson has formerly voiced strong support for vaccines in his capacity as a charity ambassador.

Two years ago, he called vaccines as "a remarkable triumph," adding that "The conversation about vaccines in lately has lost sight of how much good they have done... It is perhaps one of the biggest collective achievements in history."

The film finishes with Neeson's voice proclaiming, "This marks not the finish of our story. It is the beginning of a fresh chapter."
